Note-Please do not mail payments to the studios address, mail is not received at this address.

All payments are to be made during your dancers weekly class(es) before the 16th day of the month. Miss Sam can not make special arrangements to accept payments.

*All NEW MSDC students will be billed a $28.00 Registration fee. Once payment is received your dancers spot will be saved for their desired class(es). Registration is not complete until payment is received. 

The monthly tuition is $38.00 a month per class. Contact Miss Sam for solo/semi private class prices.Tuition is calculated into 10 equal installments. All payments are due the first lesson of each month and no later than the 15th of the month. After the 15th day of the month the tuition will increase $15 per week late. This charge will be billed to any account with a $5.00 or more outstanding balance. All payments are to be paid during your dancers class. If a payment is not made within 30 days the student will not be allowed to participate in class. May and June tuition will be billed together and will be due by the first lesson in May to ensure participation in our annual dance recital. All tuition is non refundable. Everyone will pay a February tight charge. This ensures everyone will have at least one pair of correct tights for the recital. There will be a $40 costume deposit(PER CLASS) due Oct. 1st with the remaining costume balance due March 1st.  Once your costumes have arrived you will receive them 1 week after your ENTIRE COSTUME balance is paid in full. YOUR DANCER IS NOT GUARANTEED TO PERFORM IN OUR ANNUAL DANCE RECITAL UNTIL YOUR ENTIRE ACCOUNT BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL. THIS IS DUE BY MAY 31ST YEARLY. Class prices do not change if there are more or less weeks in a month. You will be charged the same amount every month regardless of your attendance to class. There is no single class fee. Any returned/bounced check is an automatic $30.00 fee.

Drop Fee-**IMPORTANT NOTE- Because each student holds a placement slot in each class that cannot be refilled after registration ends (October 1st), ANY student that opts to drop class(es) before our normal dance season ends will be responsible for ALL outstanding costume balances AND a drop fee. After 30 days of no payment once a student drops, outstanding account balances will be forwarded to our account then to collections.
We follow the Hornell school calendar with Thanksgiving, Christmas, Winter, and Spring breaks. 
If Hornell Schools close for a snow day, MSDC is automatically closed.
You MUST be enrolled in the class of the subject that you wish to take a private or semi private. These lessons are reserved for highly motivated students. first year private students will focus on 1 recital piece to ensure a thorough first year training. Please contact Miss Sam for pricing and scheduling. Make up classes for solo/semi are only available if your instructor cancels. If one dancer cannot make their semi private class, the class is automatically cancelled without makeups.
There are NO refunds for missed classes. If the class is canceled by the teacher a makeup class will be assigned to students. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, public posts will be made on facebook AND on this website under Closings/Make up Dates! The make up dates for the cancelled classes will also be posted on that same page. It is the responsibility of the Parent/Student to keep track of cancelled classes AND make up dates. Miss Sam will not contact students individually for closings or make ups. If Hornell School is closed for a snow day, MSDC is automatically closed
All students MUST have a costume to be in the recital. A $40 costume deposit(per class) is due October 1st with the remaining balance due by March 1st.Once you order a costume, you are obligated to pay for it in full. Costumes are custom made and cannot be cancelled once they are ordered. Recital costumes cannot be home sewn. They have to be ordered through the studio.Costumes that need alterations will be the responsibility of the student..YOUR DANCER IS NOT GUARANTEED TO PERFORM IN OUR ANNUAL DANCE RECITAL UNTIL YOUR ENTIRE ACCOUNT BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL. THIS IS DUE BY MAY 31ST YEARLY.  PARENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE RECITAL TICKETS. The ticket money is then put towards things like, ticket printing, program printing and the school's auditorium fees.
